My name is Anthony Sanders and I am a freelance Graphic Designer & Web Developer from Greensboro, NC. I have been doing what i love for about 8 years. I like to do work that 115% satisfies the end client and my mission is to continue doing work with clients i enjoy working with. PAYMENT TERMS & POLICY
Introduction
First of all, please be 110% positive you would like to begin a project that you are 120% going to finish as once a deposit is made and work has begun, NO REFUNDS are given. Due to prompt turnaround, i do require that 60% be paid up front for any job to begin and any jobs under $500 must be paid 100% in full before work will begin.
General Projects
Once deposit is made, work begins immediately and the client is given design proofs along the way. If at any time the client rescends a contract and / or job, I am entitled to the initial 60% deposit. I aim to please, and always seem to do so but at the same time will be paid for the work I do.
Source Files
All source files, website launches, etc will be the sole property of myself until all balances have been paid. I will not send any source files of your logo, cd layout, etc nor will we launch websites, online software, etc unless ALL payments have been received for your job.
Website Hosting
There will be no refunds on any website hosting services that are pre-paid whether monthly, bi monthly, or yearly. Dog Training Hosting Clients are not bound in any way to a hosting contract with me however, if you pay for a full year and 3 months down the road switch to another provider, I will be entitled to the full payment.
Privacy
I will not sell, soilicit, share or capitalize on any clients information, payment methods, account, numbers, online software links, and any information sent to I will be held in 100% confidential security during the development of your project and / or website.
